Our corporate practice is available to advise you on a range of corporate matters including the formation of new companies, private equity investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, disposals, corporate governance, concessions and partnerships, insolvency related matters and also assists in the registration of foreign companies for the purpose of doing business in Tanzania.
